What you will experience
Our mission is to empower women to create lasting, whole-person wellness through trauma-informed healing, mindful movement, nourishing nutrition, stress resilience, financial empowerment, and sustainable lifestyle practices. We provide a supportive community where women reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-compassion, and gain practical tools to build healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling lives.
Move – Daily mindful movement designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate presence.
Nourish – Experience the Mediterranean approach to food through fresh, flavorful meals and conversations around balanced, heart-healthy nourishment.
Learn – Explore practical, evidence-informed approaches to stress management, nutrition, healthy habits, trauma-informed care, financial guidance, preventive healthcare and whole-person wellbeing.
Restore – Make space for rest, reflection, relaxation, and practices that encourage you to slow down and listen to what you need.
Connect – Build meaningful connections with women who are also creating space for greater health, balance, and purpose.
Immerse – Experience the beauty, traditions, food, and lifestyle of the Peloponnese—not simply as a visitor, but through a deeper cultural wellness experience.
Through educational seminars, guided reflective activities, and guided conversations, we hope to make important mental health and wellness concepts more approachable and accessible. The goal is not to diagnose, treat, or “fix” women, but to give women language, knowledge, practical tools, and a community in which to explore the experiences that are often left unspoken.

Lodging Information
“Again an incredible Greek immersion experience for 2026! Having done her immersion in 2025, I knew I was in for a treat the second time around! Irene did an incredible job with scheduling. It was thoughtfully planned; balancing cultural learning, movement, nutrition, time within the local village. and plenty of opportunities to relax by the sea. I loved having space to slow down, recharge, and truly enjoy the beauty of Greece with the luxury of letting someone else handle the scheduling/meals. A wonderful and restorative experience!” – Laura Mangelsdorf
